They focus on efficient operating systems and processes, information, analysis, and business insights needed for informed decisions, and strong financial resources to support the organisations priority conservation activities in Singapore and the rest of the global network. 

1. Major Functions: Deliver timely and accurate financial information and business performance insights for the operations of fundraising and conservation activities of the organisation in Singapore. Provide strategic financial planning, oversight of project expenditures and revenue, and cash management to maximise the efficient and effective use of funds. Drive accountability, control and compliance, and risk awareness by a high-performing team of talented finance professionals based on trust and mutual support.

1. Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

Finance Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Manage finance operations with two direct reports, supervising and mentoring staff to ensure productivity, professionalism, and performance.
• Drive the standardization of operational processes within the Finance Department.

Financial Reporting and Compliance
