Job Scope:

• Be part of the Manpower Development and Outreach team, who works closely with industry employers, educational institutions and schools to promote careers to youth and job-seekers.

Pre-Event

• Main liaison with the engaged events company to plan and organise events, taking into account coordination and inputs from participating exhibitors

During Event

Responsible for managing wellness activities and supporting campaigns for corporate Vitality accounts acquired from various distribution channels. To des, an award-winning health and wellness programme to effectively engage and support companies and its employees to uplift workplace health and wellness. Responsibilities:

• Work with various internal divisions and external vendors to plan and execute events for companies on Corporate AIA Vitality, which includes but not limited to arranging site recce and logistic planning for health screening events, onsite physical wellness day activities, webinars and tracking of exclusive engagement campaigns to drive employee’s usage of AIA Vitality programme.
