• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for events and conferences
• Collaborate with the larger marketing team to integrate events into marketing campaigns
• Track web analytics reports and direct mail campaign analyses to continuously improve website usability and increase conversion rates
• Manage venue and vendors – sourcing and negotiation of various services and venues required by the event
• Prepare and align event budgets, negotiate with vendors, ensure timely payment and reconciliations

Expertise in Microsoft workflow and collaboration software applications - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Event Management and Marketing Automation software applications – Marketo, SalesForce, Cvent is a must.

Team Admin (30%)

• Process team members’ expenses and claims promptly.
• Provide administrative support, including trip planning, flight, and hotel bookings.
• Schedule calls and meetings with overseas clients and send materials promptly.
• Regularly update and manage the team calendar.

Events Support (30%)

• Provide administrative support for events, including logistics management.

CRM (40%)

• Regularly update investor company and contact details in the CRM database.
• Research investor company data and update the CRM accordingly.
• Log investor calls, meetings, and appointment notes daily.
• Record team email correspondence and update CRM information promptly.
• Generate and review investor pre-meeting notes for Partners and Analysts weekly.
• Extract data from CRM based on various criteria and parameters.
• Cross-reference CRM data with other sources and flag discrepancies.
• Track RSVP list and dietary restrictions in the CRM system.
