• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyse programme performance using key performance metrics and use data for decision-making. Interprets trends and patterns to develop insights and action plans.

10. Handle renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
11. Ability to pitch new projects and influence new projects.

Requirements:

1. Having experience in B2B sales in a related industry is advantageous.
2. Having experience in IT infrastructure sales, managed services,
   analytics, and AI is preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
4. Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
5. Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architectural Structural & Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software
• Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.
• Relevant certificate in Building Information Modelling (preferred from BCA)
• Expertise in using Autodesk Revit and other 4D/5D software, and coordination software such as Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/IDD requirement, etc.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• BIM/VDC/IDD: Execution Plan
• Coordinate IDD Activities: Manage the implementation of digital delivery solutions such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital twin technologies, cloud collaboration tools, and other project management platforms.
• Implement Advanced Technologies: Deploy technologies like BIM, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), IoT, AI, and automation in workflows.
• Integrate Systems: Ensure interoperability among various digital systems to support seamless information flow and collaboration.
• Maintain Digital Standards: Ensure all digital tools and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the quality of outputs to ensure adherence to project specifications and expectations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of digital project workflows, tools, and outcomes for future reference.
