As part of its expansion plans, the firm is seeking a Fund Administration Manager to join their growing team.

You will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for all aspects of fund administration and fund accounting.

Job scope:

• Review of fund accounts, financial statements/client reporting, partner capital statements and other related reports.
• Review of funds’ financial statements, preparation of investor reports
• Liaise with external service providers such as auditors, fund administrators, tax agent and internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
• Review of fund documentation, including investment management agreements, subscription agreements, drawdown notices, etc.
• Monitor monthly cash balances of the funds.
• Process invoices and transactions related to the funds.
• Prepare fund expense budgets.
• Support on deal structuring and deal execution.
• Review the valuation of funds.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent, and/or a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in fund administration or fund accounting in Private Equity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player, and driven individual.

• Key Technology R&D: Conduct in-depth research and development on key technologies such as pivot technology, precision transmission technology, and advanced materials technology to enhance the company's technological competitiveness in the high-end smart equipment field.
• Talent Acquisition and Collaboration: Recruit top global R&D talent, especially experts with backgrounds in intelligent manufacturing, mechanical structure design, and materials science. Collaborate with local universities and innovation centers to promote technological exchange and development.
• Finance Center: Responsible for financial management of the Singapore company, including budgeting, fund management, tax compliance, and financial reporting, ensuring efficient fund operations in compliance with Singapore and international financial regulations.
• Operations and Legal Center: Ensure operational compliance and provide legal support, including contract review, risk management, corporate governance, and business process optimization, ensuring business activities proceed smoothly within a legal framework.
• Administration and Human Resources Center: Responsible for daily administrative management, human resources management, and employee welfare, ensuring a good working environment for employees. Provide support for recruitment, training, and team building to enhance overall work efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market expansion, business development, or related management roles.
• Strong understanding of industry markets, with the ability to develop and implement effective market strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
