Job Scope:

• Provide administrative support for Events Unit
• Assume the role of Event Lead for events
• Assist the Event Supervisor to organise and manage events with responsibilities for all administrative and logistical tasks including, where necessary, liaison with speakers and guests, flight and accommodation arrangements, vendors liaison, budget management, conducting of rehearsals and virtual test calls
• Monitor the progress of event planning and execution

Job Description:

We are looking for a Events Specialist who can plan and

execute events end to end.

The ideal candidate will lead our event execution, and work with our marketing

and sales team to create success events.

Candidates who have experience running events in the education sector will

be preferred.

The Events Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, and commit at least two days in a week working in office.

Responsibilities:

Plans, organises and executes company events, including owned

events (face-to-face and virtual), external / sponsored trade shows and

conferences

Coordinates event logistics such as venue selection, budget plan,

registration, catering etc.

Manages and creates marketing collateral (including social media,

email, event landing page etc.) to promote the events and drive

registration and attendance
