Core Responsibilities
● Organize and execute music, lifestyle, community and F&B events for venues under the company’s various business units. Execution will involve dealing with various F&B tenants, community stakeholders, clients and partners.
â—Ź Research, brainstorm creative ideas, develop proposals and presentations. Areas of idea generation can range from new lifestyle and F&B event concepts, new business ideas, and new collaboration partners.
â—Ź Manage resident schedules to ensure smooth constant live music performances at various venues.
â—Ź On-site execution of events and corporate bookings to ensure smooth delivery for clients.
â—Ź Off-site backend planning for events and live shows/concerts (Budget, Licenses)
â—Ź Excellent communication, interpersonal skills between department colleagues, suppliers, clients, internal and external parties.
â—Ź Assisting in the supervision of junior staff and interns, where required.
â—Ź Assist the department with administrative and logistics needs for both internal and external events.
Requirements
â—Ź Preferably with 2 years working experience in related fields.
â—Ź Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Arts Management or a related field.
â—Ź Preferred experience in music, production and/or artist management, though not a must.
â—Ź Able to start immediately - with the ability to work occasionally on Weekends.
â—Ź Highly organized, a collaborative team player, and a creative problem-solver.
â—Ź Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
