Job Responsibilities:
• You will support the Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level
• Assist in annual budgeting, managing and administering all maintenance contracts and supervising expense for the operational needs of the mall
• Assist in the implementation of renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),
• Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.

Requirements:
• Graduates with relevant educational background but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work beyond standard operating hours, when required
• Willing to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes in the future (based on business needs)

JOB DESCRIPTION 

- Provide support and assistance in day-to-day corporate secretarial matters 

- Assist in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings 

- Regularly review/update and maintain proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance 

- Maintain proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records 

- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients 

- Maintaining company and clients’ common seals/company stamps record 

- Data entry and update the Company’s computer system for corporate secretarial software

- Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients’ work and maintaining high level clients’ services

- Other ad-hoc duties or assignments

REQUIREMENTS 

- Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is a great advantage but inexperienced candidates with relevant certs are welcome as well 

- Possess Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Law 

- Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) would be advantageous 

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English 

- Pro-active, a good team player and able to work independently

• Manning Helpline in distress to call and seek help for employment-related or well-being issues.
• Adhere to the SOP for handling of calls to the helpline, i.e. triaging of cases, escalate calls to relevant departments/parties, follow-up on escalated cases.

Vehicle Operation  

• Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner  
• Provides transportation in a punctual manner  
• The driver will share workload with the other driver(s) across Country Head Singapore & all RHB entities’ assignments
