The ideal candidate will have experience in HR generalist functions, particularly with payroll administration, employee time tracking, attendance monitoring, and leave management processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and the maintenance of employee attendance and leave records.

Payroll Management:*
Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
Handle payroll queries from employees regarding salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.

Timesheet Management:
Oversee and manage the timesheet system, ensuring accurate recording of employee work hours.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding work hours, overtime, and shift patterns.
Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in setting up and maintaining time and attendance systems.
