Job Description

The successful candidate will provide support for the programmes/courses offered by Core Learning and carry out the general administrative duties.

• Provide support in the administration of the programmes / courses offered by the department.
• Manage vendors and payment matters.
• Handles students’ enquiries.
• General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Mature, meticulous and possesses a high level of discretion and integrity
• Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative

Job Responsibilities:

• To support HR/ Admin duties
• Administering leave applications and report
• Monitor and constantly update employee and workers annual leave, medical leave and expenses on quarterly basis
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Working experience in Admin or Human Resource (HR)
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
