Responsibilities

Purchasing

· Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors

Utility Billing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Parcels/Off-land Items

• Receive and ensure safe storage of Off land items/parcels received from clients at the terminal (MSP/WCP)

Crew Operations

• Monitor the boat crew duty roster for attendance by ensuring clock-in/clock-out. When required, to coordinate the sourcing of replacement crew as per instruction of operation manager.

Operations

• Monitor the bunker requests and record remaining quantity (ROB) in liaison with boat crew by following the procedure if the boat needs to bunker

• To ensure that all cargo under your care are free from damage, loss and pilferage.
• To ensure and upkeep work area clean and debris free.
• To ensure and follow safety rules and procedures accordingly.
• And other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• N/O/Nitec/Higher Nitec
• PC literate knowledeable in Ms Excel & Ms Word
• Possess driving licence is an added advantage
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Able to work 5.5 days per week.
• Working hours:Mon-Fri:8.30am-5.30pm , Sat:8.30-12.30pm
