We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to [Executive Manager]. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure all meetings are prioritized and adjusted as necessary.
• Communication Support: Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications. Draft, proofread, and send correspondence as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Experience supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
• Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software and tools.
  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
