The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. • Prepare clients for physical or occupational therapies treatment by welcoming and providing and assisting clients into therapeutic apparels, and escorting elderly clients to the washroom
• Assist the therapist(s) in implementing rehabilitation programmes and therapy works to clients including setting up / supervising / assisting clients in the performance of therapeutic activities / exercises, such as helping clients onto exercise equipment, positioning clients on equipment, and monitoring motion and performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques, etc
• Educate clients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines
• Assist in setting up inventory list of equipment and medical supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies
• Ensure operation of rehabilitation equipment by completing routine maintenance requirements; following manufacturers’ instructions; troubleshooting and reporting of malfunctions; calling for repairs
• Assist in preparing materials for conducting of recreational programmes and events
• Assist FHGCC’s driver in transporting client from home to FHGCC and return trip when assigned
• Perform basic data entry and retrieval of data when required

Requirements

• Certificate in Therapy Services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office – MS Word and Excel
• Preferably with at least 2 years working experience as Therapy Aide or in eldercare setting

Contract Period:

• From 2 Jan 2025 to 30 Sep 2025 (6.25 months)
• (excluding scheduled School Holidays in March, June and September).

Deployment:

• Mon to fri: 7.30am to 3.30 pm (inclusive of 1 hr break)

Scope of Works:

Room / Lesson preparations

• Prepare materials for Food and Consumer (FCE) and Nutrition and Food Science (NFS) lessons.
• Collate and order the ingredients required for the practical lessons.
• Portion and distribute ingredients on a tray for each unit table as according to the lesson requirements.
• Maintain the rooms used: To ensure that the unit tables, sinks and stove are properly cleaned after each day’s lessons
• Clean and store away utensils and equipment used in designated cupboards.

Teaching Materials:

• Collate the teaching requirements for each lessons and make the order/purchases.
• Check all materials purchased.
• Check deliveries against the delivery order invoice submitted by suppliers
• Take stock of materials used and replenish stock when necessary.
• Refer to class time table for preparations of room for lessons.
• Keep records of food purchase bills.
• Maintain annual stock take all necessary equipment.
• Do regular maintenance of equipment in the unit.

Others:

• Clean refrigerators regularly.
• Ensure the food studios and the preparation room are cleaned regularly and properly.
• Do a major cleanup of the kitchen tables, cupboards and equipment at the end of each term.
