Job Responsibilities:

• To remove garbage to the designated garbage disposal area.
• To report to the Supervisor any potential hazard and/or breakages
• To comply with all safety and hygiene standards.
• To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor.

Personal Educational Qualification/Experience

· Minimum secondary school

• At least 1 years of operations experience in the supervisory position with proven track record of success within a Restaurant or Fast Food environment

SUMMARY

As an Ecommerce Executive / Assistant Manager, you will be involved in various aspects of ecommerce operations and campaigns. You will also be responsible for ecommerce duties not limited to developing product detail pages for online pure players, order management, and liaison with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize and execute best-in-class product detail page (PDP) descriptions and images for online pure players such as Amazon, Lazada and Shopee
• Campaign planning and execution on online pure players.
• Optimize PDP for better searchability.
• Monitor and develop reports on brand and competitor activities within the online space
• Plan, execute and analyze onsite search marketing on Amazon, Lazada and Shopee
• Track key performance metrics on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience within the ecommerce sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Purpose

Responsible for a variety of book-keeping duties, such as checking of invoices, sending invoices for approval, posting of invoices to Accpac system, and timely payment of all hotel invoices and disbursements, month end journal posting, and maintain proper files for accounts payable section, and assists in auditing.

Core Responsibilities

• Audit and process all invoices. Ensure all invoices are attached with IPS, POC, and/or other supporting documents, like delivery orders, service reports, work orders, etc. as appropriate and are properly approved department head and general manager for payments before generating computer or manual cheques.
• To ensure hotel only pays for goods and services which are bona fide purchases. Prepare prompt and accurate allocations of all accounts payable on a timely basis for posting.
• Make payment of all invoices according to the credit terms granted by the supplier; make prompt payment for those invoices with early bird discounts.
• Check all expenses reports, bank payment requests, cash payment requests or auto-payments to ensure that supporting documents are sufficient.
• Regularly check those Giro payments in bank statements and follow up with the original invoices and prepare necessary payment vouchers for posting of the transactions to Accpac system.
• Maintain a check log of all printed checks and all voided checks. Voided checks have to be signed off by the Accountant.
• Balance account payable ledger and reconcile with the General Ledger closing balance periodically and at month-end.

Potential candidate will be open for Assistant Accountant Role

• Manage and configure IT systems (e.g., Active Directory, servers, backup, video/audio systems).
• Maintain network devices (firewalls, routers, VPNs, wireless).
• Ensure system backups and recovery plans are in place.
• Work with vendors to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Provide IT support to local and overseas users.
• Source products and vendors for projects.
• Offer L1/L2 support and lead/support projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Science, or CCNA certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of WAN, LAN, VPN, and network devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Firewalls.
• Understanding of CyberSecurity and PDPA.
• Bonus: Experience with Veeam, VMware, UNIX/Linux, or API/Database management.
