Job Scope:
Human Resource Management:
ā¢ Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
ā¢ Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
ā¢ Address employee grievances, promote a positive workplace culture, and handle disciplinary actions.
ā¢ Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain historical salary records.
ā¢ Administer employee benefits, manage leave policies, and process statutory claims (e.g., maternity, childcare leave, paternity, NSmen).
ā¢ Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
ā¢ Prepare and submit IR21 tax declarations for departing employees.
Office Management:
ā¢ Supervise daily office operations and ensure smooth workflows.
ā¢ Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor contracts.
ā¢ Act as a liaison between departments to improve operational efficiency.
ā¢ Organize meetings, events, and company-wide initiatives.
ā¢ Oversee workplace safety, implement health and safety protocols, and address emergencies.
ā¢ Handle office maintenance and facility-related issues.
ERP System and IT Support:
ā¢ Monitor in-house ERP system performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain system functionality.
ā¢ Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with the system provider for prompt resolution.
ā¢ Perform basic IT troubleshooting for office systems and equipment.
