6. Project Assistance:
   • Support ongoing projects by providing logistical, administrative, and organizational assistance.
   • Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in similar role will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading cargoes from and to the containers
• General warehousing and housekeeping duties
• Responsible to complete the job process from Inbound to Outbound
• Ensure that the administration work that goes along with the processes are conducted in a proper manner
• Ensure proper records and for the stock/cargo kept in the warehouse
• Working together with Warehouse Coordinator to run the day to day operations
• Ad hoc work as and when may be assigned

• A good team player and yet able to work independently
• Able to work on Saturdays for half day
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, Saturday, 9.30am – 6pm
