Job Specifications:

Education: A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience providing helpdesk support in an IT environment, specifically supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems.

Technical Skills Required:

• Operating Systems: Proficiency in both Mac OS (macOS) and Windows OS environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hardware Support: Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals for both Mac and Windows systems.
• Software Support: Proficient in common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other productivity tools, as well as Mac-specific applications like Safari, Mail, and iWork.
• Network Troubleshooting: Knowledge of troubleshooting network-related issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, and LAN access.
• Remote Support Tools: Experience with remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol, etc.).
• Security Software: Familiarity with antivirus and endpoint security tools such as TrendMicro, Symantec, or McAfee on both Mac and Windows systems.

• Cloud Services: Experience with cloud-based tools such as Office 365, OneDrive, or Google Workspace.
• ITIL Foundation Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL practices for incident management and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Attend to inquiries and review tender documents

- Source from various suppliers/ manufacturers to fulfil customer’s project requirement

- Support Outdoor Sales on preparation of quotations

- Follow up on quotation status and closing of orders

- Liaise with manufacturers on documentation submission such as drawings & certificates

- Work closely with manufacturers to meet customer’s delivery deadline

REQUIREMENTS:-

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/ Certification)

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience

- Preferably with experience on Material Take Off in an M&E environment

- Electrical product knowledge

- Resourceful and results oriented

- Team player

- Good command of spoken/written English
