Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical in any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Duties:

• Provide event and operational planning, management and support for the projects, initiatives and programmes by the Tamil Language Council and/or Malay Language Council Singapore.
• Provide logistics, poduction and implementation planning, event management (online, physical or hybrid/blended), operational management for the campaign’s initiatives, including online and offline events, competitions, press conferences or queries, pre- and post- event publicity and event execution and wrap-up and assessment.
• Provide secretariat support (eg: preparing arranging and coordination of councils’ meetings, preparation of meeting materials, taking minutes, etc)
• Maintain, manage and update the Campaign’s website and social media platforms.
• Coordinate and liaise with Tamil language council and/or Malay Language Council’s partners.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Language Councils Secretariat

Working Arrangement:

Working Hours: Office hours (Mondays to Fridays)

Salary: $2800 - $3500/Month

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

• Assisting the Lead Teacher:

- Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement lesson plans.

- Support the lead teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment.

- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra support.

- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

- Offer additional help to students who may be struggling with their assignments.

• Classroom Management:

- Help maintain discipline and order within the classroom.

- Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and other school-related events.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

- Perform routine cleaning duties in the classroom, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Perform monthly reconciliation and reports
• Debts collections - Contact customer to ensure that their payments are made on time
• GST filing
• Prepare monthly sales commission and checking of incentives
• Handle any other ad-hoc hoc assignments and projects as assigned
