Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify social media marketing trends and develop monthly content strategy, produce content for the required platforms, and schedule content in a timely manner

• Tailor content to different platforms and formats (e.g. static image, infographics, animation/GIF, Facebook/Instagram Stories, microvideos, polls, podcasts, live streams and event coverage)

• Ideate new and creative growth strategies through digital platforms and/or any emerging technologies including growth of Company social media platforms and their online presence

• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends, and adopt these for future campaigns

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, assess campaign trends, prepare data analysis, and identify growth opportunities for clients

• Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets

•Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Information Modelling (BIM) Executive to join our team in Singapore. As a Senior BIM Executive, you will play a key role in managing and executing BIM projects in the built environment, ensuring the seamless integration of 3D models, coordination, and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM 3D related projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Work independently and efficiently, attending project meetings to discuss technical details and resolve any challenges.
• Provide technical support on BIM integration methods, addressing limitations and troubleshooting issues in software applications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all team members adhere to the BIM standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of BIM processes, procedures, and technical issues for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience in BIM 3D related projects.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microstation and AutoCAD platforms.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of BIM execution plans, development, and integration methods, as well as the limitations of various BIM software tools.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively attend meetings and collaborate with diverse teams.

• Assists to establish and implement procedures to ensure backup of data in any I.S. system.
• Rebuilds data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
• Coordinates the timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests.
• Assists to set up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the hotel in the event of system failure.
• Provides manuals on the issue of I.S systems and incorporates those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the hotel.
• Establishes necessary security measures to prevent unauthorised access to the I.S. systems.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Your Profile

· Ideally with a relevant Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology.

· Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.

· Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
