Job Responsibilities

• New product planning:

- Analyse industrial trends, market data and customer insights to derive constructive ideas and information for the purpose of NPD.

- Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

• New product development (NPD):

- Responsible for entire NPD process; from concept initiation to completion, for both new product and reformulations.

- Take the lead in close collaboration with cross functional teams such as Regulatory, Marketing, Supply chain, Contract manufacturers, R&D and Quality, for seamless on-time delivery of products.

- Source for contract manufacturers and liaise with formulators to develop new product; be the main contact point with these suppliers for NPD/ formulation discussions.

- Review formulas and ingredient/ design statements for new product that is compliant with regulations.

- Familiar with the concept of product challenge test, stability, and compatibility studies.

- Research market prices, create accurate product costing data and propose product pricing.

• New product introduction:

- Conduct product training to regional trainer/marketing team and key leaders of salesforce.

• Post-launch product management:

- Analyse product performance and identify actions required.

- Manage product feedback and propose technically sound customer-centric reply.

- React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.

• Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Cosmetic Science or Chemistry.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development/ management in the cosmetic and skin care industry.

Job Description

Admissions Operations

• Support the delivery of a personalised experience (visit of otherwise) for each prospective parent and pupil that reflects on the Brighton College brand
• Answer Admissions phone calls and emails and/or direct appropriately
• Manage the Enrolment process for families, including supporting their on-boarding and collection of all relevant documents prior to joining the College
• Assist with the promotion of the school at internal and external events with prospective new parents throughout the year

Parent Support

• Manage feedback and enquiries from enrolled families, directing queries to the appropriate parties

Reception/Front Desk

• Maintains a daily presence at the Pre-Prep office, in support of parents, pupils and Pre-Prep staff
• Liaises with the school nurse and class teachers as required.
• Supports parents who need to enter and exit the campus outside ‘normal’ pick up and drop off times
• Receives and cares for children who have not been picked up on time, as requested by staff
• Supports requests from teaching staff, in liaison with the School Secretary
• Maintains security by following procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service to parents

Reporting to the Manager for Retail Operations, a Retail Executive is responsible for providing customer service at the branch / retail counter, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, processing transactions, managing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.
