Driving and Transportation
•Safely operate company vehicles to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment between warehouse facilities and construction sites.

•Optimize transportation routes, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery performance through effective logistics planning and management.
Reporting and Documentation
•Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
•Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, transactions, receipts, and shipments in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
•Collaborate with procurement, finance, and project teams to provide updates, insights, and support on warehouse operations, inventory status, and material requirements.

Requirements

Program enquiry stage:

· Responding to the queries of customer enquiring on the course.

Sales Operation

· Prepare Sales Order Processing and follow up on order fulfilment. Including but not limited to address their queries, anticipate issues on a timely basis.

· Review and guide clients on the documents required for certification.

· Responsible for administrative matters in relation to pre and post sales activities.

The position will be in-charge of the Library's Book Club.

The primary Book Club Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Preparing the agenda for committee meetings and taking minutes
• Compiling and preparing monthly reports and relevant data for discussion
• Coordinating the procurement of books, journals and other resources, ensuring they meet the Club's needs
• Cataloguing and physically processing new book acquisitions each month
• Organizing and overseeing Book Club events such as author talks, book discussions, and the annual AGM
• Managing and maintaining the Book Club's resource collection
• Engaging with members to promote reading and gather feedback on book selections and discussions
• Answering member inquiries related to Book Club events, reading material availability and upcoming selections
• Support day-to-day operations and administration
• Addressing inquiries at the library counter, via email or over the phone
• Processing book loans and returns
• Assisting with additional library initiatives and other ad-hoc responsibilities
• Coordinating with vendors as necessary for subscriptions, acquisitions and other resource procurement

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in related field, a degree is advantageous
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for reading and promoting literature
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Service-oriented, with practical written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Carbon Capture Composite Materials

Recruitment for Research Assistant / Research Engineer / Senior Research Assistant

A research assistant position is available at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. The successful candidate will work on the design and synthesis of composite materials for carbon capture applications. The research assistant should have experience in composite material synthesis and fabrication using solution chemistry methods. Desired skills include demonstrated experience with solution-based chemical synthesis, surface functionalization of materials (e.g., ligand exchange, polymer grafting), or polymeric composite fabrication methods. Additionally, the research engineer will also be working closely with the engineering team to implement an innovative gas separation system. The research engineer will also be involved in the development of customized lab-based and field tests to evaluate the performance of the material.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry/Materials Science/Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• Able to work and learn independently and in teams in a multidisciplinary setting
• Possess a high level of personal initiative and motivation

Specific Responsibilities

We have several available postdoctoral and research assistant positions at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) to work in the area of Robotics. This position focus on supporting the design of algorithm for various robotics applications.

Qualification:
- Relevant Degree in Electrical Engineering, , Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related areas
- Strong hands on experience Preference will be given to those with prior robotics project experience such as:
1) SLAM;
2) ROS;
3) Sensor fusion;
