The Centre Assistant will assist with administrative tasks, student engagement, and general operations to contribute to the overall success of the education centre.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

• Assist in maintaining accurate student records and databases.

• Handle inquiries, registrations, and scheduling of classes.

• Prepare and distribute educational materials and resources.

2. Student Engagement:

• Provide assistance to students with inquiries and support their needs.

• Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers regarding student performance.

• Coordinate and participate in educational events and activities.

3. Facility Management:

• Ensure classrooms and common areas are organized and conducive to learning.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials for classes.

4. Communication:

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve high standards of safe and pollution-free operations of vessels by ensuring that company policies related to Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) are effectively implemented

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Qualification should be at least Graduate Engineer and holder of COC Class 1 (Unlimited FG).
2. Must have sailed as Chief Engineer on (Tanker - Bulk / Oil / Crude / Chemical / LNG / LPG ) or Dry Vessels ( Bulk Careers / Containers).
3. Minimum 3 Year Experience in Senior Officer Rank on Foreign Going Tanker Vessels.
4. Proficient in PMS, ISM, PSC, Flag & Class requirements.
5. Preferably not have changed companies during last 5 years.
6. Previous working experience of at least 1 year handling Foreign Going vessels as Technical Superintendent.
