JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and promote products and services to customers.
-Provide customer service through various channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
-Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
-Schedule appointments and manage event registrations.
-Manage the point of sale (POS) system, inventory, daily sales settlement and sales report.
-Assist with additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

-Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
-Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and passionate about customer service.
