Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Operations Assistant to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role is crucial to scaling our business, improving efficiencies, and managing financial and strategic planning within a high-growth environment. As a vital member of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional departments and external partners to support Strutt’s goals, ensuring that our operations align seamlessly with our long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
â—Ź Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
â—Ź Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to ensure fiscal responsibility and growth.
â—Ź Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including suppliers, regulatory authorities, and strategic business alliances.
â—Ź Identify areas for operational, technological, and product improvement, collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive innovation.
â—Ź Participate in strategic planning, supporting senior leadership in setting and achieving company goals.
â—Ź Ensure compliance and navigate regulatory requirements, especially in healthcare-related consumer robotics.
â—Ź Lead efforts to register healthcare-related consumer products with relevant authorities.
Qualifications:
â—Ź Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
â—Ź Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost management, and forecasting is a plus.
â—Ź Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, especially regarding consumer healthcare product registration.
â—Ź Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
â—Ź Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
