Job scope:

• Receiving of goods and tallying of goods with paperwork
• Ability to learn and print labels for each pallet or goods received.
• Identify if it is frozen, chilled, or dry and to work with the team to help them put away.
• Other roles including picking and packing [ labels] for export and for domestic distribution by route.
• To support the preparation of materials request from production and to prepare in advance, [ if thawing is required] and to plan for the movement of these raw materials to production.
• To receive goods from production and to place them to the appropriate warehouse storage environment.

Requirements

• Preferably with 2 years of Administrative/ Accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
• Perform general office duties and upkeep of office to ensure that it is always neat and tidy.
• Assist to prepare sale quotation and invoices
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Assist in coordination with vendors
• Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)
• Keeping good records of supplier invoices and payment
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.
• Assist team on project coordination if required
• Assist team on submitting permit to work application to landlord before projects commence

Assisting the Transaction Liability team in the following:

• Advisory and delivery of Transaction Solutions (primarily W&I insurance) on M&A transactions (whether Asia-based or offshore).
• Placement of W&I insurance solutions for M&A transactions.
• Engagement of external distribution channels (lawyers, investment banks, fund managers, accounting firms and private equity firms) and internal Aon client teams to develop relationships and deliver Transaction solutions to clients and prospects.
• Preparation of presentation materials and collation of data and other collateral for business development and deal specific use.

Requirements:

• Technical M&A experience from leading financial services providers (financial advisors, investment banking, etc.), laws firms or accounting firms, with knowledge and understanding of how M&A transactions are conducted and, in particular, the due diligence process
• Excellent people skills with the ability to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively and confidently present to clients and other audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Salary: $2500 to $3000 + AWS (based on experience and relevant industrial background)

Requirements

Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

Actively seek out customers in-store and handle cashier, payment

Remain knowledgeable on products offered and product promotion

Process POS (point of sale) purchases/Cashiering

Handle returns of merchandise

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Comply with inventory control procedures (weekly and yearend inventory)
