Requirements

• Bachelor/ Master degree in business or related
• Preferably insurance qualifications
• More than 20 years’ industry experience
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and performance management principles
• Seasoned and mature individual with ability to interface and engage internal and external stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Voyage Management

• Be the primary point of contact for the Master of the vessel ensuring that a close, cooperative bond is built on trust and mutual respect.
• Provide support, guidance and direction as needed.
• Appoint and liaise with port agents, plan, and monitor port operations to result in effective port turn around.
• Ensure stowage plans are optimised to maximise intakes in the most economic fashion.
• File/follow up on all voyage related matters from Charterers.
• Monitor day to day performance of the vessel in compliance with CP, including speed performance and bunker consumption and promote weather routing and route optimisation (SECA zones etc).
• Daily update of vessel schedule to Charterers.
• Be responsible for commercial documentation such as B/Ls and LOIs.
• Prepare laytime calculations.
• Ensure timely and accurate input into company's software system.
• Monitor profit and loss of respective vessel voyages.

Voyage Fiscal Management

• Monitor voyage related fiscal items including agency disbursement.
• Verify agent PDA and FDA invoices and arrange payment.
• Monitor freight/dead freight/demurrage/rebillables and other claim invoices.
• Prepare and send out freight invoices.
• Prepare and send out deviation and interim port invoices.
• Prepare and send out rebillable invoices.
• Prepare and send out demurrage invoices.
• Send out weekly reminder to Charterers for outstanding invoices.
• Prepare Charter Hire statements and arrange for payments promptly.
• Liaise with P&I and legal/lawyer to settle disputes.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Maritime Studies or Logistics or in relevant discipline.
• Good knowledge of Charter Party terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player.
• Quick to response.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will be responsible for supporting the business of www.Clarins.com. Your role will contribute to making this channel an even better platform to better express the brand and its uniqueness, through an enhanced customer experience and services. You will also play a key role in growing sales, at a higher pace than the market.

E-COMMERCE SALES

• Support and implement the merchandising and content plan according to brief and ensure the website is up-to-date and information is accurate.
• Support Clarins.com store management:

1. Follow up on all stores operational tasks and work with digital agency to implement the changes according to the plans.
2. Stores operations and stores planning activities

• Provide on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, E-commerce activity reports (web analytics, sales reports, stocks reports, merchandising reports, …) including competitors sites data collection.

E-COMMERCE ANIMATIONS & DIGITAL MERCHANDISING PLAN

• Brief and develop weekly/monthly changes on the website with the local agencies based on the approved plans.
• Brief creatives and promotion to local agencies, test the promotions based on various scenarios and ensure it is firing well before deployment.
• Leverage on the tools on the website (i.e: ratings & reviews, user generated content module, …) and optimize them with the aim to increase conversion rate on website.
• Review and validate all Global content for New Product Launches, seasonal campaigns, virtual services, promotions and Clarins Skin Spa content.
• Implement and validate all Global beauty articles for Beauty FAQ and work closely with agency to ensure the articles are well-maintained with local relevant keywords.
• Constantly update and maintain relevant product finders on the website.
• Support in all virtual services including 1-1 virtual consultation, live shows and masterclasses.

E-COMMERCE DIGITAL & LOGISTICS OPERATIONS (Clarins.com / Marketplaces):

• Conduct a daily site audit to ensure key product pages are working well (e.g: Able to add to cart, no missing images, contains price, able to check-out, etc.) and promotions are firing correctly.
• Conduct a quarterly full in-depth site audit together with a local digital agency to ensure all products with inventories are listed online and website remains up to date with latest information.
• Responsible for the setup of all set-ups of all content details pages (e.g: New product launches, PDPs, beauty articles, live consultation, Skin Spa, etc.
• Raise a ticket in support tool to troubleshoot any technical issues, and follow-up closely to ensure problems are resolved. Escalate to Assistant E-Commerce Manager if necessary.
• Create new references for any online exclusive sets including conversion and kitting.
• Conduct a monthly site search optimization to ensure relevant display of products and optimize the tools on the website to improve UX.
• Keep track on the details raised by Customer Care Team and provide feedback constantly to improve online NPS score.
• Monitor and control products deliveries and returns in e-commerce warehouse timely.

ACQUISITION & RETENTION

• Brief and develop local e-commerce email blasts (newsletters) needs and media ads with the local digital agency based on approved animation plan.
• Work closely with local CRM team to ensure timely email blasts, good copywriting and content is coherent with Brand guidelines for all content assets.
• Compile e-commerce email blasts reports and provide analysis on an area of improvements to increase open rate and click-thru rate.
• Constantly find ways to increase product reviews on the website and fully optimize it.

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE.

• Diploma/ Bachelor degree level in business related qualification

• Proven minimum 1 year of experience working in E-commerce / Email marketing or e-campaign management
• Previous experience in working with an e-commerce platform (SFCC a plus) and email marketing platforms will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and capacity to manage end customer and to act as a Brand representative
• Ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment Team player with interpersonal skills
