- Diploma in IT or related fields

- IT knowledge required (have experience building a PC from scratch)

- At least 3 years experience in photocopier or related industry

- Possess a valid Class 3 licence and above.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Leadership qualities

Job Responsibilities

· In charge of full-set accounts (BS& PL)

· Review AP& AR

· Preparation of monthly audit schedules

· Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary & bankers

· Interco reconciliation

· Checking payment vouchers

· XBRL Filing

· Quarterly GST submissions

· Any other tasks

Qualifications

· Certificate/Diploma in Accounting

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the areas of accounting

· Background in construction industries is an added advantage.
