• Carry out stewarding and housekeeping duties.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate & communicate effectively with the kitchen & service staff team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Assist chefs and cooks during food preparation and cooking.
• Handle simple cooking tasks such as boiling, grilling and frying.

Work Hours:

• 6 days/week (including weekends & PH), 8 hrs/shift (rotating)

Job responsibilities:

• Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
• Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)
• Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
• Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.
• Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
• Update staff leave records
• Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
• Assist with PSA pass applications/renewal and vehicle road tax reminders
• Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
• Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordination role

• Strong organisational and time management skills
