Roles and responsibilities

• Assist to get the smooth operations
• Assist to ensure proper documentation control
• Liaise with Operation Executive
• Assist to oversee diving operations
• Ensure that work carried out according to the schedule.
• Plan the mobilization
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
• Able to comunicate well with other departments

Responsibilities:

• To assign work tasks to various personnels within the Operation Department.
• To handle complaints and feedback.
• Communicate and coordinate on customers orders and various requirements.
• Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.
• Required to handle import/export permits and various documents as required by the customer.
• Application of required customs and LTA permits etc…
• Other admin and billing functions.

Requirements

• Min GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
• Min 1 year similar work experience
