Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Exploration of new customer base & key account management
• Accountable for monthly and yearly sales forecast
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Site survey and works coordination
• Provide quotation and engagement with customer up to sales award
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Project coordination [as when required]
• Selling Product/Services principally; 1) Relocation 2) Packing/Crating 3) 3PL – Warehouse & Transportation 4) Machine/Equipment Installation
• Adhoc tasks as and when required

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office – EXCEL, POWERPOINT
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Previous experience in freight forwarding; logistics background/training is advantageous.
• Class 3 License

5. High level of creativity and ability to provide fresh ideas and inputs.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with colleagues and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Handle Pre-Qualification requests / enquiries / tenders and submit quality response / bid proposals on time to Customers

● Organise and coordinate Tender Process between various departments

● Set up Bill of Materials, drafting & compiling tender packages per tender specifications and requirements.

● Compile Tender Clarifications (commercial & technical) for submission to clients

● Prepare Costing Sheets for equipment and services

● Present Financial Sheets for management’s approval on price strategies

● Perform contract review of awarded contracts to ensure no discrepancies compared to submitted proposal.

● Arrange for the handover of the awarded contracts to the Project Department

● Prepare and process shipping documents for project shipments

● Provide clerical and administrative support to Commercial Department.

● Ensure good housekeeping with efficient filing system.

● Develop and maintain good working relationships with various internal departments, vendors, plant and external sales in support to the obtaining cost and market information.

● Having a balance to win orders and yet making sure that company profitability / interest is In-line and compliance with directions and policies from management and company.

● Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

PRE-REQUISITES

● Degree/Diploma in a technical discipline.

● Familiar with the tendering process for Oil & Gas industry

● Equipped with 3 - 4 years prior experience, Surface Wellhead and Xmas Tree experience is preferred

● Able to read and decipher technical drawings will be advantageous

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● Detailed and meticulous

● Good team player while able to work independently
