· Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers as well as following up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.

· Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting to Accounts Department for timely payment to vendors.

· Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with Accounts Department and generate monthly reports for Management.

· Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.

· Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.

· Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

· Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Pre-Requisites:

· Diploma or equivalent qualifications and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

· Team player with strong work ethics, initiative, strong communication and organization skills and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines

· Relevant experience with ERP system and in construction industry will be an advantage

What You Will Do

• Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for our portfolio of Singapore companies including but not limited to company incorporations, striking off applications and preparation of resolutions
• Liaise with clients on and attend to company secretarial matters
• Handle internal and external regulatory compliance requirements
• Attend to inquiries from clients on our Singapore company secretarial services
• Attend to statutory filings, and e-stamping with IRAS
• Monitor deadlines and manage file and database records system
• Any other ad hoc duties or projects

What You Need

• Diploma, degree or other professional qualification in a related discipline such as legal studies, business administration, or accountancy
• ICSA qualification (or currently pursuing the ICSA qualification)
• Good knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
• 3 years of corporate secretarial experience in a corporate secretarial, accounting, law firm or listed company
• Experience in using the software "Viewpoint" will be an advantage
• Experience in corporate secretarial work relating to offshore companies (for example, Cayman Isalnds and British Virgin Islands) will be an advantage
