The Role

The Treasury Executive will oversee the loan and swap portfolio, managing both new and existing facilities, and coordinating with banks for rate fixing, timely debt servicing, and loan disbursements. This role involves verifying all payments and charges, preparing treasury management reports and forecasts for internal departments, and supporting fundraising activities, including bank presentations and information requests. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and developing banking relationships, optimizing funding structures (e.g., hedging policies), and updating debt-related databases. The role also provides ad hoc support for other treasury functions as needed.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar treasury role managing a substantial loan portfolio or in a bank with credit administration or corporate lending activities. A Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required, along with a strong aptitude for numbers and keen attention to detail. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work both independently and within a team and have familiarity with banking terms and financing structures.
