The incumbent will act as a key member for one of the most sought-after Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science. The dedicated person will work with the programme manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the self-financing programme and ensure its service standard. By working with the Programme Manager, Programme Director and the Deanery members at the Faculty of Science, he/she will contribute to the Programmes’ end-to-end administration including admission, programme management, alumni relations, and other related portfolios. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -

Job Responsibilities:

• Spend Analysis & Market Intelligence: Analyze spending and market trends to inform sourcing strategies, cost reduction, and procurement planning.
• Procurement Strategy & Compliance: Implement Group Procurement strategies, policies, and SOPs, ensuring alignment with GPPA compliance while managing procurement processes.
• Capability Development & Operational Excellence: Drive the development of procurement capabilities, knowledge management, and operational improvements.
• Tender Management & Supplier Relations: Conduct tenders per SOP/GPPA, manage supplier relationships, and oversee supplier classification and contract management.
• Sourcing & Risk Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, improve efficiencies, and mitigate risks while monitoring key suppliers.
• Procurement Digitization & Automation: Lead procurement digitization, automate processes, and reduce total cost of ownership through inventory and supply programs.
• Supplier Audits & Performance Monitoring: Assess suppliers for compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards, and monitor performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Training, Reporting & System Enhancement: Conduct training on responsible sourcing, report performance metrics, and collaborate with IT to improve procurement systems.

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualification or 8 years of equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in MS Dynamic 365.
• Knowledge in ESG & ESH policy.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Customer Service Assistant located in North Bridge Road.Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.

You will be responsible for handling and processing a large volume of quotations and sales orders, ensuring they are completed within the target time. This includes verifying and correcting any part number errors in the orders. You will also manage customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web chat.

In addition to processing claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues with customer orders, such as requesting lead time changes from suppliers.
