Responsibilities:
-Responsible for ensuring smooth retail operations.
-Administrative duties of the Operations Department.
-Analyse market research and perform administrative duties of the Retail Operations department.
-Communicate promo mechanics to the retail outlet staff and ensure that they are well implemented.
-Disseminate information throughout the company, and make recommendations on capabilities to maintain a competitive and differentiated offering.
-Work closely with the Operations team to achieve organisational objectives.
-Coordinate logistics and transportation of the business division operations.
-Maintain purchase orders of all purchases for store needs.
-Place orders and maintain sufficient store supplies.
-Draft memos, email responses, etc.

-Strong eye for details and meticulous with numbers & data.
-Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do.
-Strong desire with the curiosity to continuously learn and grow.
-Good timekeeper, well organized and excellent problem-solving skills.
-Able to work independently, resourceful and a good team player having leadership skills.
-Excellent communication and customer’s centric skill.
-6 Days’ work week and required to work on weekends.
-Able to respond to urgent work contingencies on Rest days (if required).
-2 Years experience in the same industry (Family Entertainment)
