Job Description:

Recruitment and Onboarding

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.

- Initiate and oversee the work pass application process for foreign employees.

- Update staff on the prevailing HR policies and procedure

- Prepare employee letter of appointment and monitor staff confirmation status

Payroll and Benefits Administration

- Perform payroll processing and payroll reporting, using HR system

- Assist in the submission of forms to the various government agencies such as CPF, MOM, WSQ, MSF etc, to apply for relevant government grants;

- Assist in the review, update, and drafting of the company policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

- Prepare monthly headcount reports, daily attendance and OT report

- Assist in HR budget preparation and tracking of budget utilization;

- Provide HR information and analysis for review, such as headcount reports, salary surveys, internal surveys, etc.

- Handle company and staff insurance claims, queries, leave benefits and claims.

- Creating new user accounts and access

Performance and Training facilitation

- Administer performance appraisal processes.

- Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.

Employee Engagement

- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.

Job Requirement:

- Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Management

- At least 1-2 years in a relevant capacity

- Hands-on in a diverse range of HR functions

- Familiar with database systems and HR processes

Knowledge/Skills

- Self-driven, meticulous, and able to multi-task;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good understanding of employment legislation;

Primary Objective

The Merchandising Administrator is responsible to support all business reporting for the Merchandising department in all areas of the department especially in the functions of merchandising & brand marketing.

The main focus for the role is on weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually & other ad hoc business, merchandizing and management reporting for the assigned regions. The role reports directly to the Merchandising Director with indirect reports to the Merchandising Managers.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Business Reporting

• Generate, perform and potentially analyses relevant merchandising/performance ROI reports which will be in a weekly, monthly, annually period based, detailed reports for sales by SKU/brands report, stock level monitoring, identify/monitor slow moving, promotions & bestsellers items
• Reporting on ad-hoc price data summary & survey verification on pricing
• Additional Global Merchandising support for ad-hoc reporting for SG, HK & Korea.

2) Purchase Order & SKU Maintenance

• Extract system data such as [historical sales, stock inventory, on order, pricing] to prepare buying spreadsheet for Buyer to work on
• Upload PO and follow-up vendor shipment delivery status
• Upload prices data and other information by SKU
• Creation of New merchandises SKU

3) Shipment & Stock Management

• Communicate to Logistics & Brands for shipment PO/stock issues/ any discrepancy reporting
• Communicate to Operations on stock availability/ arrivals/ requisitions/ transfers etc
• Distribution list preparation for New merchandises
• Communication to Operations for New merchandise orders

4) Additional duties

• Any other administrative tasks which may include but not limited to order processing, creating & maintaining system SKU data, managing non-commercial items, liaising with warehouse on shipment status & stock related matters
• Follow up on monthly routine with Brands e.g. sales incentive/contest & on-counter GWPs & discount summary update
• Manage timely stocks return to vendors and stocks write-off/conversion
• Provide GWPs shipping information for warehouse follow-up on SKU tagging
• Ensure & communicate agreed promotion mechanics with vendors & Operations

Description of the role:

The administrator will be based at the office and focus on providing administrative support to the department to ensure the smooth running of the department. The role would not be just limited to paperwork and may include various tasks as needed.

Key tasks:

· Managing/Updating/maintaining of all department – related documentation not limited to leave, medical eaves, overtime, claims and attendance.

· To assist in providing logistics support (as needed)

· Raise purchase requisition upon received any request from the installation team (Training will be provided)

· Assist in inventory management for tools/equipment/stock (as needed)

· Administrative tasks related to team support (as needed)

· Any other administrative duties tasked with.

· Assist in providing support to streamline the processes tasked with to ensure efficiency within the department

· Other duties will be assigned accordingly by Manager / Assistant Manager and/or safety coordinator.

Requirements:

Education

· N, O Level or Diploma of any trade

Knowledge/Experience/Others

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in administration works.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Knowledge of basic accounting or finance practices

This position typically requires work in an office environment with standard working hours. Some flexibility may be needed based on business requirements.
