About the role
• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
• Preparing tax computation for GST
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Requirements
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant accounting qualifications
