Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis to understand the company's financial position and performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, and monitor spending to ensure alignment with forecasts.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
• Forecast short-term and long-term cash flow to support investment and expansion plans.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure successful completion of audits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the full set of accounts for the company, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, as the sole accounting professional in the company.
• Responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial functions of the company.
• Process payroll, employee expense claims, statutory contributions
• Ensure timely submission of GST returns and other regulatory filing for compliances
• Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure.
• Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts independently.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders during audits and year-end closing.
• Review financial procedures, internal controls, and business processes/systems
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle any ad hocaccounting and finance tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a 360 marketing role – encompassing public relations, communications, and digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG / beauty industry.
• A genuine passion for and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a keen interest in creating, editing short-form video content, and hosting livestreams for social video marketing.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required, with copywriting skills a plus.
