Responsibilities:

• Handle deliveries between vessels and vendors
• Provide timely updates to the respective stakeholders
• Close monitoring on docking schedule and tracking on vessel downtime
• Issuance and confirmation on Notice of Readiness (NOR) with various stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings between various stakeholders
• Record keeping and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields
• Possess prior experience as a shipping coordinator would be a bonus
• Ability to coordinate between different stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
