• Position Title: Logistics Assistant cum Truck Driver
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30AM – 5.30PM
• Salary Package: Up to $3,600 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Bonus (up to 4 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Logistics Supervisor/Officer/Section Manager.
• Drive the truck for delivery/unloading of finished goods and collect/loading empty containers at the customer site.
• Drive the truck for material transfers between the company premises and off-site warehouses.
• Ensure proper truck operation and safe, timely delivery of finished goods.
• Assist with delivery/unloading of finished goods and collection/loading of empty containers at/from customer sites.
• Manage traffic control and safety for incoming and outgoing vehicles during shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse vicinity.
• Assist with warehouse duties when assigned, including:
• • Preparing goods for shipment, including label scanning.
• • Loading/unloading goods from containers.
• • Storing goods on the racking system.
• Drive Prime Mover when possible.
• Adhere strictly to EHS and QMS procedures in all activities.
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Driver.
• Possess Class 4 Driving License.
• Forklift License preferred
• Preferably with HAZMAT license

• Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc).
• Collection of customer feedback.
• Ensuring sufficient stocks for daily operations.
• Responsible for cash bank-in.
• Ensuring parameters of restaurant is clean and proper at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverages.
• Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Service and result oriented, good team player.

Job Summary:

Teaching Support:

• Assist teachers during group lessons.

Administrative Support:

• Manage daily attendance and update student records.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and lessons.
• Handle inquiries from parents and students professionally.
• Organize and maintain files and documentation.

General:

• Ensure classrooms and resources are clean and well-organized.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Relevant education or experience in teaching, childcare, or administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage with children and parents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic administrative tools.
• A patient, compassionate, and approachable personality.

Working Hours:

• Saturday and Sunday 8.45am-6pm.
