About Child Protection Specialist Centre (CPSC):

We are dedicated to providing quality home-based services and support to families and children experiencing abuse or severe neglect at home. Referrals are received from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to assist families and children identified as needing non-statutory services and support. Guided by a child-centred, family-focused, and community-based approach, our aim is to empower families to reach their fullest potential and provide ongoing support through life’s changes and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• · Implement office management systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• · Provide administrative and logistical support for Programmes and Services
• · Data Management:

o Ensure necessary data is collected, updated and well-maintained in the systems

• Data Quality & Audit Management:

o Ensure the quality of services and processes delivered adheres to organisational practices and standards

o Prepare management reports for funding/audit requirements

• · Uplift Professional Practices:

o Provide exceptional customer service, and perform duties as a Data Protection Officer, including

maintenance of digital case management platform

• · Facility Management:

o Assist in planning for emergency response plan including fire safety management, pandemic plan, etc

o Support and manage centre project activities according to schedule, examples of such projects include

renovation and cyclical maintenance projects, etc

o Workplace safety and risk management

• · Handle centre administrative duties
• · Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• Strong organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
• Meticulous in generating and ensuring accuracy of reports
• Committed team player, able to work collaboratively and effectively with others
• Service-oriented
• Proactive in looking out for opportunities to improve work processes
• Possess advanced IT skills

Job Description

• Position Title: HR Assistant/HR Executive
• Working Location: West - Tuas (5 minutes away from Tuas West MRT station)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6.20 pm
