Responsibilities:

• Provide basic administrative support, including handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors professionally.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records, ensuring information is stored accurately and accessible.
• Manage office supplies inventory, ordering items as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Enter and update data in company systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

· Support and work closely with the following Teams in terms of Procurement:

(a) Property Management Team (PMD)

Eg Assist PMD in sourcing and procuring spare parts for building maintenance, call quotations for ad-hoc building repair works and maintenance contracts, etc.

(b) Project Management Team (PM)

Eg Assist PM in sourcing, call quotations and appoint renovation contractors, materials suppliers, etc.

(c) Office Administration Team (Admin)

Eg Assist Admin in sourcing and procuring stationery, bottled drinking waters, festive gifts for customers, etc.

· Vendor Sourcing and Pre-Qualification

(a) Source and assess suitable vendors.

(b) Conduct vendor pre-qualification exercise.

· Conduct Quotation/Tender Exercise

(a) Receive purchase request (PR), or quotation/tender request from colleagues.

(b) Prepare quotation / tender invitation letters and issue to shortlisted vendors.

(c) Prepare tender documents (with reference to past tenders and new requirements).

(d) Call for quotations or conduct tender exercise.

(e) Collate quotation/tender clarification questionnaires from PMD/PM and issue to participating vendors.

· Negotiations and Appoint Vendors

(a) Compare quotations received, negotiate pricing and tabulate cost comparison table for PMD/PM.

(b) Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO), Works Orders (WO) or Letter of Award (LOA) timely.

About this Team

What's the team function?

E-commerce Strategy team is responsible for:

• Oversee entire Profit and Loss of online stores presence on Shopee , Lazada, Amazon and TikTok.
• Managing all online sales campaign, promotion and pricing, and branding for DASHER stores as well as all other Brand stores.

DISCLAIMER: this team will NEVER be involved in operational tasks such as replying chats or packing parcel!

What's your role?

To keep it simple: Fully responsible for P&L of the Brand store on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Platform

Shopee, Lazada & TikTok:

• To negotiate and dealing with online marketplace Key Account Manager (KAM)
• Research and understand marketing trends and consumers' need.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and analysis, and further come out with associated counter action plan.
• Plan and execute for inter-platform marketing effort (banner, shocking sales, bundle deal, keyword ads, listing ranking).
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaign mechanism (lucky draw, complimentary free gift, voucher etc.).
• Forecast and communicate with Procurement team to ensure consistent stock level and healthy inventory turnover rate.
• Reporting on a timely manner to the Management on store performance and post mortem of marketing campaign.
• Communicate with Brand Principal on marketing funding and new product development.

Digital Marketing:

• To study, plan and aid in executing Meta (Facebook) CPAS marketing effort.
• To conduct review and post mortem for CPAS performance.

What's the skill required?

• Good command (both spoken and written) in English and Mandarin (as required when communicating with Brand Principal which only able to speak Mandarin).
• Equipped with basic understanding about micro-economics theory (demand, supply and price)
• Strong DATA ANALYTICS skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Equipped with P&L mindset
• CREATIVE

Who’s there to support you?

We have our dedicated in house Graphic Designer team to aid you in production of multimedia materials needed for product listing on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok store. You will be working closely with our Procurement and Warehousing team for shipment related issue. We do have Customer Experience team to support in terms of entertaining all customer enquiries and after-sales support.

There will also be support from our in-house Digital Marketing team in term of liaising with influencers, setting up CPAS ads etc.

You will be involved into, or even take charge in various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
