Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries
• Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Independent and proactive
• SAP/MRP knowledge preferred
• This role requires liaison work between several Chinese counterparts, customers and HQ. Proficiency of Mandarin is essential and required

• Managing the calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
• Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assisting with tasks such as handling application access requests and securing approvals for business activities.
• Preparing documentation for travel and expenses reimbursement and following up on necessary actions.
