We are looking for engineers to provide preventive and corrective maintenance on critical IT network and infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and serviceability of our customer’s network and communication systems.

Maintenance of critical network and infrastructure systems including:

a) Perform on-site corrective maintenance within agreed timescale to restore normal service to users as quick as possible

b) Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimise unscheduled system downtime

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/Information Technology/Telecommunication or related discipline

• Job requires standby 24/7 after office hours when needed, including weekends and public holidays

• Possess Class 3/3A Driving License is compulsory

• Those who have no experience are welcome to apply

• 8.00am-5.30pm/Monday-Friday with standby

Involve in one or more teams in supporting and maintaining systems, keep them up and running smoothly

• Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager and in fulfilling SLA and KPI in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement.
• Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract obligation within budget.
• Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
• To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures, involving fault troubleshooting, diagnosis & replacement of equipment/module/component at sites and/or workshop.
• Liaison with procurement and equipment vendors.
• Perform 24/7 off-site standby for fault activation after office hours.
• Arrange and attend monthly meeting with customers.
• Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration control and management and obsolescence management.
• Provide solutions to technical problem associate with RF communication systems.
• Work location at Ang Mo Kio or Integrated Work Force (IWF) at customer premises if required. Office hours – 8.30am to 6pm. 5 days work week
• Required to travel to sites for work

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3-year experience in a similar engineering-related capacity. Fresh graduates may be also considered.
• Positive work ethics and team player.
• Takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments
• Able to work effectively in an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Preferably with some knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns)
• Preferably with experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (Radio Communications, basic networking skills, computer/servers, embedded systems and/or UPS). Other Engineering-related experience maybe considered.
• Evident in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Power-point & Excel)
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License
