HR Operations Support

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include processing employee data, maintaining HR records, and handling HR communications.

Work Pass Management

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Recruitment Assistance

• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, managing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.

Policy Support

• Assist in the development and updating of HR policy materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in an administrative or HR role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
