Role: Account Executive (Client Services Executive / Event Services Executive)

The role:
The goal for this position is to support the Account Management team by demonstrating outstanding organizational and communication skills across a wide range of administrative and project management tasks. Success will be measured against the trust established within the team, together with the proactive demonstration of problem-solving skills and willingness to use initiative and common sense.
The successful candidate will be based in Singapore but may also be required to travel and work across the rest of the Asia Pacific region. They will work on multiple brands, clients & projects and will be an integral part of the team, heavily involved in the day-to-day business.
Key responsibilities:
• Represent ALIVE to our clients, partners and suppliers and develop strong trusted relationships with them
• Day-to-day account management support including scheduling meetings, gathering quotes, researching suitable suppliers, site visits to venues, taking and writing up meeting notes, attending internal and external meetings, sourcing quotes for event equipment and merchandise, plus any other ad-hoc or administrative tasks
• Complete campaign reports for clients to evaluate activation and provide intelligent recommendations for future improvement
• Assist with scheduling event crew and part-time staff for client campaigns using existing software platforms
• Assist with campaign-specific staff training days including booking venues/training rooms, arranging equipment hire (projector), arranging catering, printing and stationery, and any other tasks as necessary
• Add value to project planning and creative brainstorms using natural intelligence, knowledge and understanding of cultural sensitivities, traditions and behaviours within different parts of the APAC region
• Demonstrate problem solving capabilities and use initiative to enable completion of a task
Sector experience:
Minimum 1 years’ experience within a marketing agency

• Strong communication skills – written & spoken

• Exceptional organisational skills - be able to effectively juggle several projects as well as team administration tasks
