Job descriptions:

• Support 360 marketing communication activities of the Digital Readiness Cluster. This would entail project management and liaison with creative and media agencies to drive delivery of exciting campaign materials.
• Support marketing activities to partners such as private companies & social service agencies to amplify the Digital Readiness initiatives and programmes. This can range from producing marketing assets like collaterals and videos showcasing the programmes and partnerships to organising events. You will also be a brand custodian of how the organization and Digital Readiness programme logos are applied on partners’ collaterals.
• Manage the digital platforms that are used as engagement touchpoints to inform about our programmes.
• Coordinate and prepare reporting on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track and monitor marketing outcomes.

Job requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Diploma & Degree in Marketing or any related discipline.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation and editing will be a plus.

About the role:

• Update invoice received in AP Invoice Register
• Circulate invoices to Production/Subcon for invoice verification/approval
• Liaise with Procurement or PR requestor on any discrepancies/issue
• Ensure all details in invoices are correct and in order and perform invoice matching
• Prepare payment for invoices
• Perform monthly Creditor's Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation and RNV report Reconciliation
• Prepare Accrual Listing for month end closing

About you:

About the role:

• Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP), including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations.
• Prepare monthly new hires’ report and liaise with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and ASMI on CCP eligibility assessment.
• Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor the progress.
• Track the outcomes of the placement programmes through reports and collection of success stories.
• Administer the funding grants, includes tracking and preparing necessary documentation and submission for reimbursement claims.

About you:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint and creating presentations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day Accounts Payable function which includes recording of invoice and payment processing
• Manage royalty accruals and billings
• Track and process intercompany billings on a timely and accurate basis.
• Liaise with respective stakeholders for Stock-Count matters, perform reconciliation and prepare monthly inventory's JV
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations across all entities to ensure compliance and alignment
• Support day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions
• Responsible for month end closing and assist in audit process
• Participate in system enhancements / implementations.
• Support the necessary overseas expansion finance requirement, if needed
• Involve in ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant Professional Accounting Qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in this role
• Experience in using Microsoft Business Central system/ NAVISION is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, Macros is an advantage)
• Experience with audit background and/or F&B and handling overseas accounts is an advantage
• Ability to work with people in different levels of the organization.
