• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and parents.

· Identify content shortfalls and opportunities to deliver new content and successful programmes in alternate slots to launch a promising new show.

· Manage network scheduling as per content and commercial requirements.

· Sourcing for relevant resources to support the events and activities.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Minimum education level: Diploma/Degree in Marketing. Minor in Events Management/Hospitality Management will be ideal.

· This position is strictly for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only due to the nature of the program.

· Minimum 1 year of working experiences in marketing, programme planning and event management. Fresh graduates with relevant experiences will be considered.

· Must be self-driven and takes initiative to perform the given tasks.

· Have a good knowledge and identify the latest marketing trends

· Resourceful and meticulous in the details.

HR Executive/Snr Exectuive (Full-time)

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with weekly and monthly payroll processing.
• Daily checking of missing attendance (liaise with principals)
• Timely update of insurance listing
• Create and update employee records
• Update insurance listing
• Take note of overtime, adjustments and deductions
• E-filling and physical filling
• Work pass applications
• Renewal of passes and medical check up
• Assist with CPF and Tax related matters
• Help resolve any payroll issues or questions from employees
• Prepare payroll and leave reports for management review
• Prepare employment contracts & letters
• Arranging interviews from time to time
• Assist in recruitment & posting
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements
