About the Role

As the Administrative Assistant/Administrative Officer (Homecare), you will play a vital role in supporting the Homecare team through efficient administrative operations. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will ensure seamless processes that directly impact the quality of patient care and family support.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Updates: Perform admissions, discharges, transfers, and deaths in the INGOT system.
• Means Testing: Check patients’ means testing in the system, liaise with next-of-kin, and submit necessary documentation to MOH.
• Home-Based Respite Care (HBRC): Process HBRC applications, coordinate with vendors, and prepare monthly updates for MOHH.

Job Description:

• To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations and safety requirements.
