You are responsible for managing the contract manpower for Managed Services Business Unit (MSBU). The incumbent will be involved in the resource management of all manpower from the vendors to ensure compliance of processes, and to achieve the business objectives of timeliness, accuracy and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Resource Management

• Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers to identify resource requirements, constraints, understand staffing requirements for upcoming projects and assignments.

• Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability to facilitate efficient deployment.

• Coordinate the assignment of staff to projects based on their skills, availability, and project requirements

• Monitor and track staff deployments to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resources are effectively utilized.

• Communicate with staff regarding their deployment assignments, including location, duration, and responsibilities.

Administration

• Assist with day to day operations of the Resource Management functions and duties

• Collaborate with the Business Unit’s Resource Team on the daily resource management’s operational duties

• Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners and integrate them into deployment plans.

• Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance

• Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the systems.

• Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to Management

• Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower

My client, an IT company is hiring for an Accounts Executive (AR, 1 year contract) with the possibility of converting to a permanent staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Process customer payments and apply them to customer accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy
• Resolve customer billing disputes
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
• Monitor customer accounts for delinquent payments
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management
• Maintain customer accounts in the accounting system
• Prepare and submit customer statements
• Handling both GST and overseas VAT
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
• Assist with Internal/External Auditor requirement for accounting related

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounts Receivable
• Familiar with project based accounting will be advantageous
• Working experiences with both GST and overseas VAT
• Flexible and independent worker
• Strong financial competency, analytical & problem-solving skills
• On-job training will be provided to equip with the skillsets.

Job Description
The Bed Management Unit (BMU) coordinates and provides efficient and clinically
appropriate ward placement of all patients entering or within the National University
Hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Responsible for providing bed allocation services and administrative duties in BMU.
• Perform bed allocation duties with SAP and other systems, complying to a set of rules and priorities as established by the hospital, and assignment of beds to patients shall be in accordance to patients' needs and choice where possible
• To be able to identify potential bed tight situation and activate bed tight measures
• Coordinate patient movement with wards and other departments based on bed status.
• Answer phone calls to handle bed enquiries and respond to or follow up on bed/transfer requests.
• To assist in the preparation of management reports and provide statistics as and when required
• Ad-Hoc writing of reports and statistics
• Offer emotional support and help patients cope with their illnesses.
• Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
