Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive support to Account Manager
• Generate Sales Quotation using Microsoft Excel and Business Central
• Back-up for Sales Account Manager in customer communication and task when they are out of office /upon request

Basic Function of Position:

Schedule meetings and manage calendars, besides answering phone calls, emails, and messages. Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

1. Assist the HOD and Manager in achieving the service goals, targets and department Key Performance Indicators. Updating and monitoring of performance indicators under his / her responsibility.
   
2. Develop and make improvements to various programs to ensure minimal disruption to operations and to ensure that medical equipment is safe for use at all times.
   
3. Manage maintenance agreements with vendors for the servicing and preventive maintenance of medical equipment.
